Purchasing Information

These terms and conditions apply to the online purchase of all products from our website. Prices on our website are as listed and may differ to the prices in our retail stores. Sale prices in our retail stores will only be available in those stores and cannot be price matched on our website. Online purchases cannot be returned to our retail stores.

Returns can be made by emailing feet first footwear at hello@feetfirstfootwear.online providing your name, order number and reason for return and a PDF copy of your receipt. (Returns must be done in accordance with our returns policy listed below).

Returns Information

At feet first footwear we want you to be delighted with your purchase although we understand that occasionally you will place an order for something that does not suit the purpose of which it was purchased for. We offer refunds and full credit exchanges in line with the policies below. When you receive your new feet first footwear shoes, we recommend you try them on a surface where they will not be damaged. Carpet is the best. Should your purchase be returned showing wear and tear we hold the right to decline your refund unless the product is faulty.

Returns Policy

Return & Exchange Period

Please notify feet first footwear by emailing us at within 14 days of you receiving your purchase if you wish to return or exchange any of your items.

Incorrect Size

Should you purchase an incorrect size, we will happily exchange your purchase for another size.

Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind after purchasing the product and are requesting a refund, feet first footwear is happy to offer you an exchange on your purchase or an item or items that add up to the equal value of your original purchase however you will need to return the goods unworn and undamaged within 14 days of purchase at your own expense along with a copy of your receipt.

Faulty Goods

If the product you purchase is faulty, we ask you to return the product along with a copy of your receipt to us for review. If the product is found to be faulty, feet first footwear will reimburse you for the cost of returning the goods as well as the purchase price.

We will provide either a replacement at an equal cost to the original purchase or refund your purchase whichever is your preference.

Should the product be found not to be faulty we will be in contact with you to arrange the next steps.

Replacements

Should a replacement be required we will replace your product with an identical product to that originally purchased. If a replacement is not available, we, in consultation with you will arrange a replacement up to the same value.

Refunds

We will refund you the original price you paid for your product and the refund will be provided to you in the same form that you paid in.

Please allow 3 – 5 business days for the funds to process, some banks and credit institutions may take up to 10 days to process the transaction.
